Shipping and Returns

A PERSONAL UNIFORM delivers worldwide using DHL Express.

Stock permitting, all orders are processed within 48 hours.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

For made to order items, as soon as the order has been placed, a confirmation email with the anticipated date of shipment will be sent.

Domestic orders (Thailand) arrive within 1—2 days of shipping.

International orders arrive within 3—5 days of shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover these charges for customers.

Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Returns

All sale items are non—exchangeable and non—refundable.

For full price items, returns are accepted on unworn items in exchange for a store credit that is equal to the value of the item purchased.

You have a lead—time of 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product you have ordered for exchange or refund.

The item must be returned in perfect condition and in their original tags.

All returns must be authorised by us before sending the item back. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

It is customers’ responsibility to ship the item with track and trace.

A PERSONAL UNIFORM is not responsible for damaged—in—transit or lost returns.

Please note that the original cost of shipping are not included in the store credit. Any additional taxes and duties will not be refunded.
